Payment:
Payment for therapy and coaching sessions are due on the day of service. Cash and check are accepted forms of payment. If a check bounces, the provider reserves the right to request cash payment moving forward.
Insurance:
Dr. Gibson currently serves as an out of network provider for all insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled therapy appointment and not calling to cancel within 48 hours of appointment will incur a full session fee to be charged to client. This fee is non-refundable.
